Worry Free Returns
CPO Hunter encourages you to shop our wide selection of Hunter products without regret. We accept returns on all items, even used, if returned within 30 days of shipment. If the item you purchased is not what you expected, simply give us a call at 866-577-0638 within 30 days of shipment and we will issue a RMA for a full refund.
Please note, unless the product is defective, you are responsible for shipping back. A 20% restock fee will apply if the product is returned with missing parts, packaging, or if intentional damage is evident.
Need to Return Something?
Please contact us prior to returning an item to receive an RMA number. No credits or exchanges will be processed on items returned without an RMA number issued prior to return.
Returning an Item
To return an item, just follow these easy steps:
Step #1: Call us at 866-577-0638 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step #2: Place a copy of your invoice in the box and write your RMA number on the invoice.

Note: We recommend you obtain shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs in transit. Save your tracking number, as this is your proof of return and allows you to track the status of your return back to our warehouse. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning the item.
All items can be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange (unless otherwise noted at the time of sale). Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Missing Parts?
Please notify our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order if a part or item is missing. Missing parts are generally replaced within 10 days or less. Our Customer Care team can be reached at 1-866-577-0638 during normal business hours.
Damaged in transit?
Should your item arrive in a condition less than expected, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order so we can file a claim with the delivery company. Please retain everything that arrived, including all packaging material until the shipping company has completed their investigation.
